Booking and Cancellation Information

Reservations for the Oshawott Room started on May 20. The room includes both dinner and breakfast. For children aged 3 and above who do not require a separate bed, a facility usage fee of 2,200 yen is charged. The cancellation policy includes a 100% charge for no-shows and same-day cancellations, an 80% charge for cancellations one day before, a 50% charge for cancellations three days before, and a 20% charge for cancellations seven days before the stay.
